Receive 5% off every load until you reach the next tier — awarded after completing 1 load in the last 12 months.
Pro
Unlock 10% off every load until you reach the next tier — awarded after completing 3 loads in the last 12 months.
Ally
Earn 15% off every load until you reach the next tier — awarded after completing 6 loads in the last 12 months.
VIP
Enjoy 20% off every load until you reach the next tier — awarded after completing 10 loads in the last 12 months.
Your tier level is based on the number of loads completed in the previous 12 months. To keep your current Member Level, simply maintain the minimum number of loads needed for your tier within each 12-month period. If your load count drops, you’ll move to the corresponding tier based on your completed loads over the last 12 months — complete the missing loads and you are back in the game!
